Yoga practice is an excellent way to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance, while at the same time bringing our attention to what we’re doing in the body, and thereby quieting the mind and reducing stress. This class will focus on proper alignment, precision in the actions and movements of the postures, and careful sequencing of postures for a balanced physical practice that also calms the mind and nervous system. Everyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of physical abilities, size, shape, or age! Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
