Total Body Toning with Tracy Oles-Fairchild

No matter your experience, you can gain benefits like strength, balance, stability, flexibility and overall toning in this 45 minute resistance band based class.  Please come prepared with a resistance band(s) and mat.  Bands should be the kind with handles on the end and can be found at most any department or athletic store such as Target, Wal-Mart, Sports Authority, etc.

Cardio Kickboxing with Colby Shoemaker

Cardio Kickboxing is a cardio style class incorporating various punching styles, kicks and body-weight cardio moves into a total body workout. This class with raise your heart rate and blast your metabolism through the roof.
