Panthers home for two league games

UWM is playing all of its home games at the on-campus Klotsche Center this season, where the Panthers have traditionally had a distinct homecourt advantage.

The Panther men’s basketball team is home for two more Horizon League games this weekend.

UWM faces Cleveland State Thursday at 7 p.m. and then takes on Youngstown State Saturday at 7 p.m.

Both games will be good tests for the Panthers, as Cleveland State just handed Detroit its first league loss of the season while Youngstown State owns a win over Georgia of the SEC earlier this year.

Demetrius Harris has emerged as a key inside performer for the Panthers this season.

The popular New Year’s Four-Pack is available for both games this week. The package includes four tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas and four Panther t-shirts for only $50! And, as always, UWM students are admitted free with a valid ID.

This week’s games are also both being televised live in Sports32 throughout eastern Wisconsin as part of the extensive partnership between UWM Athletics and Time Warner.

For tickets or more information on the games, contact the Panther Ticket Office at 414-229-5886 or stop by the office, which is located in the Pavilion. Tickets can also be purchased at the door on the night of the game.
