Help Black Out The Klotsche For ESPNU

UWM students can guarantee their free admission to Friday’s nationally-televised men’s basketball “Black Out” battle with Green Bay by picking up a ticket voucher in advance of the game.

The contest, which starts at 8 p.m. Friday and will be televised live on ESPNU, is expected to be a sellout at the Klotsche Center. All fans in attendance will receive a black Milwaukee Panthers t-shirt courtesy of Gruber Law Offices, LLC, as the Panthers “Black Out” the Klotsche Center.

Vouchers are being distributed at multiple locations around the UWM campus, including the Sandburg, Riverview and Cambridge Residence Halls, the Student Success Center and the Panther Ticket Office in the Pavilion. UWM students must have valid student ID to pick up a voucher and then must bring their ID and voucher to the game to receive a free game ticket. If all vouchers are not distributed in advance, the remaining vouchers will be available at the doors to the Klotsche Center on game night.

This week’s action on campus actually gets started Thursday night when the Panther women face Valparaiso is a key Horizon League contest. That game tips off at 7 p.m. and all students in attendance will receive free pizza courtesy of Pizza Hut.
