Important Information for Apple Devices Set Up for the UWMWiFi & eduroam Options

For individuals who have an Apple iPhone or an iPad OR an Apple computer running Snow Leopard, Lion and Mountain Lion

This announcement is for individuals who have set up Apple devices(s) to use the UWMWiFi and/or eduroam option(s) of the UWM WiFi wireless service

If you have an Apple iPhone, iPad or Apple computer (with Snow Leopard, Lion or Mountain Lion as its operating system), you may need to validate a new certificate that will be installed on Aug. 8 for the UWM WiFi service.

For iPhone and iPad, click “Accept”

For Apple computers with Snow Leopard, Lion or Mountain Lion, click “Continue”

You should then be able to connect to the UWMWiFi service.

Note: if you are not prompted for the new certificate and/or if you are having problems connecting to UWMWiFi or eduroam you should remove the network profile (Forget Network) and then re-connect.
