State approves $35M financing for UWM research complex

The Wisconsin State Building Commission Wednesday approved another $35 million to support construction of an $80 million research building at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s main campus.

Collaboration Creates Non-destructive 3D Imaging Technique

A collaboration between researchers at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and UWM has combined Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy with computed tomography (CT-scans) to create a non-destructive 3D imaging technique.
