Memorial service to honor Winston Van Horne

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and its Department of Africology will host a memorial service for Professor Winston Van Horne, who passed away on May 24, 2013. The celebration of his legacy begins at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, in the Helen Zelazo Center for the Performing Arts, 2419 E. Kenwood Blvd.
