Whether you consider yourself a gym rat or someone new to the world of fitness, anyone can work on fitness goals such as balance, strength, flexibility, and overall body sculpting in this 45 minute resistance and body weight exercise class. Please come prepared with a towel (hand size to medium), resistance band(s), and a mat. Bands can be either with or without the handles at the ends (they come in varying “weights” so find one that is comfortable for you) that can be found at any department store: Target, Wal-Mart, Sports Authority… etc)
