Requirements are a yoga mat, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, be ready for class to start at 12:15, registration, signed and returned wavier and fee paid by January 6. If you have any health issues or if you do not regularly engage in physical activity, it is recommended that you consult with your physician BEFORE beginning an exercise program. Be mindful of others that may be on the waiting list, if after registration you can not attend please cancel your registration. There will be NO refunds after January 7.
