Help Students Join the Road to Fitness

UWM’s Stepping Forward Group is open for registration!

Stepping Forward has a new format with a 4-week, “jump start” program to improve health, nutrition, and fitness that includes weekly low-impact fitness classes and nutrition/support groups in Klotsche Center. The program is offered by highly qualified health and fitness professionals from UWM’s Norris Health Center, Nutritional Sciences, and University Recreation and will focus on a personalized approach to nutrition and fitness planning.

The program is offered on Tuesdays (Nutrition/Support) and Thursdays (Fitness), from Feb. 18 to March 13, 2014. To accommodate busy schedules, students can choose to attend at either 11 a.m. orĀ  1 p.m. each day the program is offered.
