At 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, the UWM Panthers will take on the Wright State Raiders in Dayton, OH, for the 2014 Horizon League Men’s Basketball Tournament Championship. The game will be shown on ESPN and can be heard on radio station WISN AM-1130 and its online stream. The winner of the game receives an automatic invitation to the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship.

Sandburg Flicks, 3400 N. Maryland Ave. The Division of Student Affairs is hosting this event for students in the movie theater located in the main lobby of the Sandburg Residence Hall. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with food and snacks available.
Gasthaus, 2200 E. Kenwood Blvd. Located on the lower level of the UWM Union, the Gasthaus Restaurant and Bar is open throughout the day and will welcome Panther fans prior to game time.
Major Goolsby’s, 340 W. Kilbourn Ave. The UWM Alumni Association is hosting a gathering starting at 5 p.m. at the downtown pub and grill. It’s across the street from the U.S. Cellular Arena, home of the UWM Panthers. There will be free snacks and related specials. No admission will be charged, but the Alumni Association asks those planning to attend to register online.
