On Tuesday, March 18th, the UWM Help Desk, along with various IT Support units on campus, will be transitioning to a new incident management system, Cherwell Service Management. The Cherwell Service Management system will be our primary tool for recording IT issues reported by clients.
This change will not directly affect access to any campus IT services. Once the transition is complete, Cherwell will help us to provide more efficient IT support services to our customers. In the meantime, we request your patience as our employees learn this new system.
