“Nothing Happened: Charlotte Salomon and the Archive of Suicide”

Darcy Buerkle(Smith College) argues that the social history of early 20th century German suicide overlooks an important cultural and social phenomenon by not including the larger story of German-Jewish women and suicide.

The  lecture, which takes place at 7:30 p.m., will be held in the UWM Golda Meir Library 4th floor conference Center, is free and open to the public.
