“Cinderella – The First 30,000 Years,” a work devised by UWM theater professor Robin Mello and the cast, is an episodic retelling of five versions on the Cinderella myth: ancient Egyptian, Asian, Russian, Germanic and modern Disney perspectives. The play asks the audience to decide this question: Is she a heroine or a passive victim?
Final performances are 7:30 p.m., Thursday-Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday, at Kenilworth Studio 508, 1925 E. Kenilworth Place.
